Delivery

Do you deliver abroad?
Unfortunately, we don’t offer deliveries abroad at this time.
Can I change the delivery date or time once it has been scheduled?
No. Third-party companies handle the logistics. If there’s an extreme case, please contact our Team.
Will you take the bed upstairs?
Yes, only if you select the Assembly option (Available in Specific Areas Only).
Do you deliver to Northern Ireland?
Yes, we do. Please contact our friendly team for a quote, and we will be able to satisfy your needs.
What are your delivery days and times?
Our furniture delivery times range from 7–14 working days to 2-3 weeks, depending on whether the furniture is bespoke, handmade in the UK, or readymade. The estimated delivery time for Scotland is 7-28 working days.
Why do I have to pay an extra postage charge?
Additional postage costs apply to certain areas like the Scottish postcodes AB, HS, IV, KA27 & 28, KW, PA20 & above, PH4 and above, ZE, Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland, Scottish Isles, Channel Isles, and all other Isles of the mainland.
How much does delivery cost?
Please contact our friendly team to get a quote, as we will still be able to satisfy your needs. Mainland and Northern Ireland have different rates.
Do you have delivery restrictions?
Yes, additional postage costs apply to certain areas. Please refer to our delivery information for details.
Can I have my order delivered at a certain time on a specific day?
Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee the delivery’s arrival time because third-party companies handle all logistics.
What do I do if my bed hasn't been delivered on time?
If your bed hasn’t arrived, please contact our Customer Service Team.
Will I be notified when my order is being delivered?
Our Customer Service team will inform you once you place your order.
Can I pay on delivery?
We don’t accept payment on delivery. All items should be completed through our website, which offers various payment options.

Orders

Can I cancel my order within 14 days of delivery?
We have a 48-hour cooling period from when you place your order; after the 48 hours, orders cannot be canceled.
What happens after I order?
You’ll receive a notification with your tracking information in the email you provided.
Can I find out when a product will be back in stock?

How are Mattresses Delivered?
Mattresses are delivered in a sealed hygiene bag; once the seal is broken, you can no longer return or exchange your mattress.

What if my order is cancelled?
If your order is cancelled by us, our team will notify you with a reason.
What happens if I order the wrong product?
If any items have been ordered incorrectly or do not carry any damages and are subject to your discretion to be returned, the following charges apply: Collection charge £40.00, Admin Charge 20%, Re-delivery charge £40.00.
How do I track my order?
A tracking number will be sent to you in your email when you confirm your order.
I received a damaged product. What should I do?
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective. Please ensure to contact us via email at info@winksleep.co.uk.
How long does it take for a refund to be issued?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at info@winksleep.co.uk.
There are so many bed sizes – how big should I go?
This depends on your budget, space, and use. If you have a big budget and a lot of space, you should go for a queen or king size.
How do I arrange a return?
To start a return, you can contact us at info@winksleep.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Can I cancel my bed after the 48-hour cooling-off period?
If you wish to cancel after 48 hours, you will be subject to a 30% (of your order value) restocking fee as long as the bed has not been delivered. This 48-hour cooling-off period begins once the order has been placed.

Klarna has strong anti-fraud controls to protect our customers and prevent fraudsters from making unauthorized purchases.
Do you offer finance?
Yes, we offer interest-free finance for up to 6 months.

What size bed frames do you offer?
We offer the following bed frame sizes:
  • Standard Single: 90 cm x 190 cm (36 inches x 75 inches)
  • Small Single: 75 cm x 190 cm (30 inches x 75 inches)
  • Small Double: 120 cm x 190 cm (48 inches x 75 inches)
  • Standard Double: 135 cm x 190 cm (54 inches x 75 inches)
  • Standard King: 150 cm x 200 cm (60 inches x 80 inches)
  • California King: 180 cm x 210 cm (72 inches x 84 inches)
  • Super King: 180 cm x 200 cm (72 inches x 80 inches)
How can I tell that a bed will be comfortable for me?
Everyone has different styles of sleeping. Consider the following factors before purchasing a bed:
  • Support: Ensure the mattress supports your body evenly. Your spine should be in a neutral position, without any pressure points.
  • Reviews: Look at other customers' reviews, especially those with similar sleeping habits or preferences.
  • Different materials provide different levels of comfort and support. Memory foam, latex, innerspring, and hybrid mattresses each have unique characteristics.
Is Bed Assembly Included?
No, you’ll have to pay extra charges for it (It is only available in certain areas).
How long should my bed last?
Generally, beds last for 8-10 years.
Do I have to buy a new base if I’m replacing my old mattress?
We always recommend buying a new base when replacing your mattress. The mattress complements the base and the base takes just as much strain to hold the mattress. Generally, bed bases have a longer life than mattresses, but it’s recommended to check your base before purchasing a new bed.
Should I buy a divan or a framed bed?
The main difference between a divan and a framed bed is the size and storage facilities. A framed bed is larger than a divan bed and has no storage compartment. If you have a small room, it’s recommended that you go for a divan bed.
How do I clean my bed frame?
Use a damp-free cloth and gently wipe the area that needs cleaning.
