Delivery Information for Special Delivery Zone Areas

We offer delivery across most areas; however, some postcode areas fall outside our standard delivery zone and require special courier & handling. Deliveries to these areas are available at an additional higher delivery charge.

Special Delivery Zone Postcodes

The following postcode areas are not covered under our standard delivery service:

IV*, KW*, LL*, AB*, DD*, DG*, KA*, KY*, PH*, BN*, CT*, ME*, TN*, BH*, PO*, SO*, PL*, SA*, TA*, TQ*, TR*, DT*, EX*, BT*

Beds

For beds delivered to the above special-delivery-zone postcodes:

Delivery Charge: £149.99

Lead Time: 7–28 working days

Mattresses

For mattresses delivered to the above special-delivery-zone postcodes:

4FT to 6FT: £34.99 delivery charge

2FT6 to 3FT: £19.99 delivery charge

Lead Time: 3–5 working days

IMPORTANT: These areas are not included in our standard delivery service. Deliveries to these locations require special courier, special handling and higher delivery fee, Therefore these areas are subject to the additional delivery charges stated above.

Our furniture delivery times range from 7 – 21 working days depending on whether the furniture is bespoke handmade in the UK or readymade.

The estimated delivery time for Scotland is 7-28 working days.

Please note 7-21 working days delivery is a guideline all products are dispatched within 7/21 days and and on the rare occasion the 21 working days delivery may not be met due to logistical issues and 3rd party delivery companies as well as natural reasons (i.e weather conditions, national emergency).

Delivery Access

• Your order will be delivered by a one-person delivery service.
• Delivery is to the hallway of your property only.
• The driver is not insured to enter your premises and cannot deliver beyond the hallway.

Standard delivery charges for bed orders: £49.00

Nectar Mattress Delivery

• Source: Dispatched directly from the supplier.
• Lead Time: 3–5 working days.
• Combined Orders: Please note that if you purchase a Nectar mattress alongside a bed frame, the mattress will arrive as a separate delivery from the frame.

Sleepeezee Mattress Delivery

• Lead Time: Approximately 3–4 weeks.
• Combined Orders: Please note if Sleepeezee mattress is ordered with a bed frame, the mattress will be delivered separately.
